The Lampellys
Music from the singer - songwriter acoustic guitar man Lee Lambert, combines his talent with the back beat drumming of Alex Pengelly, bringing you an original sound that can be best described as footstomping Rock & Roll/Alternative Indie with a touch of Rockabilly. The stomping beat gets people of all ages, foot tapping, dancing and singing along to their catchy tunes.
This summer saw the release of their first EP “Rockin’ by the Sea”, putting The Lampellys on the map, headlining at The Ritz Festival as well as supporting other popular acts across the South West. Their up-beat vibe brings fun to festivals and events all year round, loved by many and leaving people wanting more.
They will be releasing their first full album “Inside The Elephant” in the coming months, and their second album is in the pipeline waiting to be recorded. Lee Lambert and Alex Pengelly, Somerset born and bred, love the country lifestyle and always bring a happy vibe to any event.
